My goal is to help you be well, and to have fun doing it.
Wellness isn’t just pushing through another hard workout or forcing yourself to eat kale. It’s a way of life and I hope you agree with me when I say that life should be FUN! In order to live full, well lives there should be tools & techniques we can use daily to be well that we actually enjoy. There should also be events and opportunities to aid in your lifestyle that are fun and get you around people that feel the same. That in a nutshell is what I hope to do here. Offer you tools, techniques, sessions, events and opportunities to make wellness more of a fun lifestyle instead of a necessary chore.
I believe we could all use a little more rest, play and community in our lives to achieve a fullness many of us are looking for. Here I give you permission to create space to take a break, to be a little silly or laugh at yourself and find people who want to do those same things alongside you.
If the above has you saying YES! then we might just be looking at a magical match.
I provide the following services to help individuals, groups and workplaces:
I specialize in four main areas Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Reiki Healing. These methods can be used all together or in any combination. Let me break them down a little more in case you are unfamiliar.
Yoga means “union”. Our goal through our yoga practice is to bring the mind, body and soul into union through movement, breath, meditation and other life practices. It’s much more than just poses or a group fitness class, yoga contributes to overall wellness by going beyond what many forms of movement do for us. It is accessible to anyone, anywhere!
While our bodies breathe whether we remember to tell them to or not, there are many different breath practices that we can use to increase our health, performance and mental well being. These practices are also very useful to come into deeper states of meditation and increase overall health. We truly underestimate the power and effects of our breathing on the body.
There are many different ways to meditate but they all center around the same goal, being able to sit with our own minds in peace. Reaching a state of a clear, relaxed mind is something we would all love a little more of. That’s why we meditate, and try many different methods before we find the one that resonates the most for us.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese stress reduction technique. It is used to help promote relaxation and overall wellness. Reiki is not attached to any religion however, many people experience it as a deeply spiritual practice. It is another tool in the toolbox to bring the mind, body and spirit into alignment so that one can live a full, well life.
