Hike + Yoga
Take your yoga practice to the trails! Hike + Yoga is an hour and a half hiking and yoga experience created to help you connect with nature, community and your inner self. We will carry our items with us as we adventure onto the trails to find a serene place to lay our mats. Come expecting a yoga flow for all levels in the midst of nature to complement our hiking experience. Trail is of moderate difficulty, so sturdy tennis shoes or boots are recommended.

I’m a Beginner, Can I Come?
YES! I love introducing newbies to the powerful life practice that is yoga. If you have ANY questions please do not hesitate to ask. My job as your teacher is to make you feel comfortable as you explore your practice so please let me know how I can assist you!
I Have a Health Condition, Can I Come?
I am a registered and certified yoga professional, but I am not a doctor. If you have a health condition that you think would interfere with your yoga practice I ask that you please consult your medical professional first. If you have an injury or concern please let me know so I can offer variations catered to your body during class.
What Should I Bring?
Please bring your own yoga mat to class. Other items you might like to bring are a water bottle, your own props (blocks, blankets etc) and/or a towel.
Most important item on your list: An open mind
What Should I Wear?
Yoga pants, shorts, tanks or t-shirts…basically whatever YOU feel comfortable flowing in. I just want you to be able to freely move in whatever you wear.
A smile is a good thing to wear to class too, don’t forget it at home!
